How do we get started?
It's simple. You need to decide which package you're after and book an appointment. Meeting together, we can determine your goals and ensure the package you've selected is the best for your business goals.
When are payments due?
Each service requires an upfront retainer fee for our services, which allows us to create your custom content and strategy, but also allows us to process the contract. Following that, payment can be settled up front or payments can be structured monthly.
What if my customers reach out off hours?
If you've signed up for Community Manager,
we handle that side of things for you. You simply give us admin access to your business page and leave the professionalism to us. We'll interact with your customers as you would and send you any required action items or leads.
