When are payments due?
Payment can be settled in whole up front or payments can be structured monthly for a 2% fee. Payments are due the final business day of each month or as soon as your invoice is received..
Please note website contracts must be paid upfront.
What if my customers reach out off hours?
If you've signed up for Community Manager,
we handle that side of things for you. You simply give us admin access to your business page and leave the professionalism to us.
We'll interact with your customers as you would and send you any required action items or leads.
Otherwise we always suggest turning on a form of auto messaging to ensure response rates stay high.
